Price List
The master catalogue. Every order is matched against these codes, and every price on an invoice comes from here — change it once, and it is correct everywhere.
Catalogue
| Code | Description | Pack | Category | Cost | Sell | Margin |
|---|
Sell is the price on the list you gave Tsebo. Cost is what you pay — it is not in that spreadsheet, so fill it in to see your margin. Cost never appears on any customer document.
Capture Order
Paste the order exactly as Tsebo sent it — codes and quantities in almost any layout. Every line is matched against the price list and shown back to you in full before a single document is generated.
Paste the order
Handles CODE QTY, QTY x CODE, commas, tabs and pasted spreadsheet rows. Pack sizes like 24x340ml are ignored when reading quantities.
Documents
Three documents from one order. Print any of them to PDF with Ctrl + P — only the open document prints, never the screen around it.
Register
Every order raised, with its document numbers. This is the running record — what was sold, to which site, and what it earned.

Preparation Board
Every open order by stage. Red means it is late or too close to its delivery date to still be unpacked.

Delivery fee
Fee = distance x rate, never below the minimum. These are starting figures: set your real per km rate and minimum. Delivery is charged on the confirmation and invoice, and VAT applies to it.
Banking (printed on invoices)
Document numbering
Numbers are issued in an unbroken sequence per year — SARS expects invoice numbers with no gaps, so avoid editing these once you have started trading.
